Welcome to Pure Space: Photo Cleaner (“Pure Space”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use explain the rules and conditions for using our application.
By downloading, accessing, or using Pure Space, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the App.
1. Use of the App
Pure Space provides photo management and storage optimization tools designed to help you organize your photo library and identify content that may no longer be needed. Features may include finding duplicate photos, detecting similar images, identifying screenshots and unwanted pictures, organizing photo collections, and assisting with storage cleanup. You agree to use Pure Space only for lawful purposes.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing photos and files before deleting them, ensuring important content is backed up before cleanup actions, and using the App safely. You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, attempt to modify or reverse engineer it, disrupt its operation, or misuse its features.
3. Permissions and Device Access
Some features require access to your photo library. You control these permissions through your iOS device settings. If photo access is disabled, certain features may not work as expected.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, design, features, software, graphics, trademarks, and other materials within Pure Space are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use.
5. Disclaimer
Pure Space is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that every duplicate or unnecessary photo will be identified, that the App will operate without errors, or that it will meet every user’s expectations. You are responsible for confirming cleanup actions before removing content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, accidental deletion, indirect damages, or issues caused by device settings, system changes, or third-party services. We recommend keeping backups.
7. Availability and Updates
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee all features will always be available or supported on every device or operating system.
8. Termination
You may stop using Pure Space at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pure Space after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
